Little expensive but we thought it was worth it.

Truly made our stay special like we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.. the breakfast is yummy and a good variety, it is one of the best breakfast ice had so far. I already miss the rice pudding 🤭

A totally amazing and fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, the food was delicious, the location was breathtaking, and the services and facilities were everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. We had a waterfall suite, arrived on Saturday and didn't leave the room until Wednesday - because we were just enjoying the private pool, the room service food was delicious, and housekeeping catered to our lazy few days.

The house is new and has very beautiful and extraordinary architecture, the rooms are all different and all very individual. The service from everyone in the team is very heartwarming. Breakfast should be mentioned in particular: different every day and always individually tailored to our wishes. Every day we were asked what we wanted for the next day and it was prepared specifically for us. It was brilliant. The communication in advance of our vacation to Stephanie and family has been very friendly and accommodating. Being a guest here made our already very nice stay very special. Well set in the Heralkio City Centre district, this hotel offers a bar, as well as a hot tub. The property has a seasonal outdoor pool, indoor pool, fitness centre and terrace. This is a new hotel which we booked last minute. The staff were very helpful getting us settled after a near midnight arrival. The two rooms we had were comfortable, clean, modern and well equipped. The layout of the suites was very considered and plenty of nice little touches. The staff were knowledgeable and advised us on how to get into the centre and around town and the sights to see, all of which was good advice. The restaurant staff were very careful regarding a food allergy and went out of their way to assist, cook something different etc. Very attentive and passed on information to other staff when there were shift changes. Breakfast was varied, fresh and well prepared. Lots of beautiful fresh fruit, breads, omelettes, cereals and juices. Good amenities - rooftop pool with bar, spa etc. Quiet area at night but close to excellent restaurants. Could not be faulted.
