The Hotel itself is amazing, facilities, staff and all, but the location wasn't described correctly. The hotel is right on the road and all you hear when outside on the grounds , laying at the pool, trying to relax is the constant noise of the cars and trucks and motorcycles racing by.

This 5-star hotel is set a 5-minute drive from the centre of Calvi, in the North West of Corsica. It offers 5 different swimming pools, a tennis court, a fitness centre and a variety of beauty treatments. I fell in love with La Villa as soon as I arrived. The safety, the ambient, the welcome I received from the staff (Claudia, special thanks to you), and then the magnificent spacious suite with the most amazing view ever. The pool area is movie-like. Every single corner boozes elegance. There is even a gallery making the way to breakfast (or dinner) even more enjoyable. The food is exquisite! The spa offered one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve ever had.

Just 2 km from Porto Vecchio Harbour, this hotel is in a 2-hectare pine forest. It features an outdoor swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine. There is also a second, counter-current swimming pool, fitness centre and a lounge bar. We loved the 5 star feel and clean, bright, big rooms with terrace. The outdoor eating and pool was spectacular! As well as gym and an exercise pool!!! All within 20 minutes form spectacular beaches!!! Wow Staff was super helpful and accommodating!!! Especially Pamela who helped us out of a few confusing moments!!! Amazing stay!

All the guest rooms at A Piattatella feature a private terrace with views over the valley, lake and mountains. They are decorated in a contemporary style. This hotel is an absolute dream. The service was impeccable, breakfast included all you can imagine, with local pastries and specialties (e.g., chestnut honey). The mountain views from the terrace (ideal for sunset aperitif), restaurant and the two infinity pools were just gorgeous. The rooms very spacious, very modern, and located in a way that you get a lot of privacy and almost feel like you have the resort for yourself. We wanted to stay longer but the hotel was fully booked (despite it being out of season!). We will definitely be back soon.

Situated on Corsica’s southern coast in Porto-Vecchio, The Bergeries de Palombaggia offers both idyllic beaches and spectacular mountain scenery. It features stylish accommodation and a heated swimming pool. All the rooms are self-contained small houses on the property (great for those looking for privacy and quiet). Plenty of flowers on the grounds of the property, you feel like you’re staying in a botanical garden. The staff drives the guests to the beach and back in a small buggy, which is awesome because without it, the walk to the pailotte (beach club) is about 30min, which under the sun feels like eternity. It would be good if the same buggy service was provided for dinner too, but it’s only available during the day. We got a free room upgrade halfway through our stay, which was a nice touch.

We really enjoyed our stay and would come stay again for sure.
