But above all is the warm, friendly and helpful staff. Even with some language barriers, they are always ready to help. International travelers who want a safe and well-maintained place to stay while visiting Beijing should try the Mumian. Oh, and did I mention easy access to all of Beijing from the airport transportation hub?

It is a completely different vibe. Not that I'm not into Chinese culture, I love it, but when it comes to hospitality, hotels in general don't aim at foreigners. Stey is a place for foreigners who want to enjoy the most vibrant artistic neighbourhood in Beijing.

Surrounded by urban greenery, Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing is located in Wangjing SOHO. Futong Subway Station (Line 14) is around an 5-minute walk way. Complimentary WiFi and parking are provided. A daylight-filled heated indoor pool is connected to a garden. Facility was nice, large size room, all the kits were properly provided, nice staff, English was pretty much acceptable, but little bit of Mandarin would be helpful.

The hotel offers free WiFi throughout the property. My stay was very pleasant - the room was very spacious, with modern facilities and the staff were very helpful. Especially the concierge Jerry Han was very kind and helpful with all my requests. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Close to the chic hub of 798 Art District, NUO Hotel Beijing is a treasure trove of countless artworks and is positioned 15 minutes' walk away from Jiangtai Subway Station (Line 14). The hotel has a spa centre, ballrooms, gallery space and fitness centre, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Everything was amazing. The room was very tidy and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. The lobby was extraordinarily spacious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly

Around a 15-minute walk from the Temple of Heaven, New World Beijing Hotel features guestrooms with WiFi. It offers an indoor swimming pool, a spa centre, a fitness centre and a business centre with meeting and banquet facilities. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Buffet breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also giving good explanation of the residence club privilege The location is great- very near 王府井. And I would like give a special complement for the staff who had duty in the Residence Club; Ms Wendy, Nemo and also Amy. Their excellent service make me feel special, they provide a lot of assistance to me and my family member and I really enjoyed the moment when I having meal in Residence Club.

We loved everything! From the second we alighted from our vehicle at the hotel, our experience at the Peninsula has been nothing short of FANTASTIC. As soon as we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by a bevy of staff who were already waiting to receive us. They handled our luggage efficiently and ushered us warmly up to our room to complete the check-in procedures. I booked two rooms for me and my family. The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. Staff was always eager and happy to assist with any questions we had. I had to purchase a few essential items for my 6 month old baby while we were staying in Beijing and the concierge team went above and beyond by purchasing the items for me on their mobile phone via an app (similar to Ubereats or Instacart) and personally delivering the purchased items to my room when they arrived. I am blown away by the Peninsula and the exceptional service and stay we received. Well done to the entire team!

Shangri-la Kerry Hotel, Beijing is within around 4 km from Wangfujing shopping street and Panjiayuan Antique Market. Guomao Subway Station is approximately 700 metres away. Beijing Capital International Airport is around 40 minutes' car journey away. The Palace Museum is around 19 minutes' drive away. The staff are all very attentive and helpful. From the reception, the business center, and the housekeeping.
