The inclusive breakfast had a wide variety of choices so there was something for everybody. Staff service was amazing, James Gao Xu went above and beyond what was expected. He even helped with finding flight information and coming to the airport (5 minute walk) to help pickup a family member and carry our luggage. Highly recommend the hotel and staff, especially as it is so close to the airport. Will definitely be staying again.

The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage for guests. Room was comfortable and clean. Common area and the kitchen is nice. They even have coffee machine, but there is also a cafe downstairs which does coffee. Laundry services and the gym was good to have. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend the hotel.

It offers an indoor swimming pool, a spa centre, a fitness centre and a business centre with meeting and banquet facilities. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and were so accommodating. We were so well looked after throughout our visit. Our room was perfect. Great size, great toiletries and fantastic decor and layout. Very comfortable bed. We added the breakfast separately and were amazed at the selection. It was brilliant quality.

I spent a lot of time doing work and relaxing in the 26th floor executive lounge and the service is exemplary. I want to extent a special thanks to Daniel, Lisa, Jade, Lucky, Celia and Angela. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and I highly recommend the executive rooms to any who plans to stay there. The executive floor manager, Rebecca Wang, provides the best service I have ever seen in this type of hotel and I will continue to stay at the 4S in Beijing because due to the wonderful staff it feels more like a home away from home than a hotel.

Everything was great. Perfect and very friendly service. Nice, quiet and spacious rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ticketservice available. Breakfast with a lot of choices for every taste. Perfect location for sightseeing and shopping. Subway very close. Transferservice if needed. Rooftop bar with interesting cocktails. Large indoor pool for relaxing. It was for us the perfect place for some intense sightseeing days. Beijing had far more to offer than we thought before.Thank you for a very nice time!
