While I stayed in the hotel, all staff were very helpful, kind, & nice. Even though my room had a little problem, the manager took good care of that issue & even upgraded my room. I felt very comfortable rest of days until checked out. Also, special thanks to Rio & Albert, both of the managers really helped me a lot.

Guests can indulge in the magnificent visuals and the chefs’ imaginative creations. Incredible staff - one of the assets of the hotel were the people who worked there. The service was outstanding. Every is excellent, for breakfast my suggestion is to consider more halal food such as fried the eggs in olive oil with special pan and to increase the varieties little bit with eastern food such as cheeses and raw vegetables salad
