It also houses a wedding hall at 8th floor of the hotel. All the staff are amazing and highly efficient. My husband and myself are very happy and impressed with the concierge service. Everything will be well taken care of by the staff. We stayed for 3 nights on the 5th floor and a night on the 15th floor facing Taikoo Li. Frankly speaking, we prefer the room and view of the 5th floor as compared to the 15th floor. The room is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The only thing we do not like are the pillows. They are too soft and not thick enough for our liking. We requested for thicker pillows and once again the housekeeping responded efficiently and brought over two different types for us to choose from. However they are still the same. Nevertheless, this can be overlooked as everything else is impeccable. The indoor pool is also heated and I believe our kids will love it. We will definitely be back with our kids next time.
