From the amazing greeting, wonderful fragrance, the best view of any lake hotel I’ve been to and the room… totally amazing. We were here for our honeymoon and will definitely return! The food was also exceptional.

It is surrounded by a 14-hectare big private park. rooms are beautiful and nicely laid out property is very large with beautiful landscaping pool and spa are both fantastic lake beach is also beautiful restaurants are both delicious staff is very efficient and courteous property is perfect both for families with children and couples one of my best experiences in a relais and chateaux

Located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore, a private bathing beach, the jetty with its own marina and garden, guest rooms and suites. There are also exceptional restaurants, including "La Brezza", which has been awarded two Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points. The gourmet restaurant is closed in Ascona in winter, but is open in the Tschuggen Grand Hotel Arosa during the winter season. Excellent facility, location on the lake, and amazing staff. Very Close to town shops and restaurants.

Location is superb. The interaction with the coffee employees who "managed" the hotel check-in and payment were very pleasant.

Great breakfast, most comfortable bed (more comfortable than one I slept on in a 5-star hotel in Switzerland), quiet, great view, great bathroom, owner works very hard to make everything run smoothly, the clean, quiet bus down to the city center stops at the hotel on an extremely regular schedule allowing you to not bring a car; the walkway down to the city center is very interesting because you pass between houses--an old system of stairs and trails allows you to walk to or from the city center if you want a good workout
