Additionally, the NESCENS spa comprises a luxurious private spa for 2 and a cosy spa bar serving healthy spa cuisine. We liked the service, the staff, and the concierge in the breakfast restaurant. They are very friendly and very pretty. Also, the hotel was very quiet and had a fantastic location in Interlaken. The price was not cheap, but it was an exciting hotel with a great atmosphere. The housekeeping team was great and very kind; they cleaned our room twice daily when needed.
Merligen
The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. It offers a salt-water outdoor pool, an indoor pool, alpine mediterranean cuisine and parking. The hotel is great, everything was perfect. The View is amazing 🤩 I willl post some special lake view videos on Google Maps. The stuff are so friendly and helpful. I would love to thank the manager Mr. Sebastian for his kindness, and Ms. Sibylle for her helping while we were staying at the hotel. I also need to express my deep expressions to Mr. Fernando who is one of the SPA stuff for his lovley dealing, Fernando is very friendly with the hotel guests.

Incredible place to stay! Would without a doubt choose hotel Alphorn over a 5 star hotel chain any day. Christine was amazing and really made an impression on our stay, especially with all her personal recommendations around town. I didn’t catch the other ladies name that we crossed paths with on Thursday morning (very sorry) but despite still preparing breakfast for the day, you made sure we had a bite to eat and drink before we went on our way. Value was great. Location is across the park from 5 star Victoria Hotel.. Near shopping and Restaurants, Between west and east train stations. Clean room good breakfast and a bonus was the great view of the Mountains from our bedroom window,

Everything was excellent by over its like 5 stars hotel. It’s worth it for the money. But staff was helpful specially the female receptionist and cleaner and the African at the place were they served us breakfast

Nice self service with coffee and tea,you can enjoy the mountain view on the balcony in the room. Warm and patiently service at the reception. After we check out they had helped us enthusiastically drive to the train station when we barely caught the train. Good service deserves five stars
