The hotel was modern and in good condition, it could have easily been a five star hotel in Europe, Australia or Americas . All of the staff were very helpful and polite.
The food was okay but the chef is like he really love his job and pay attention. The staffs take good care of us even when this is a big hotel (in a city like Buon Ma Thuot), really supportive and really fast 😊. Even the girl from the ground floor bar!
Very good hotel. Cheap and very good facilities. We stayed the first two nights in the 5* hotel of Muong Thanh Luxury hotel of Buon Ma Thuot, but this hotel is far more better! Cleaner, cheaper, better swimming pool and sauna. And staff could speak properly English!
