Great location. Amazing green big territory with private hotel beach. They have a diving center and it was great experience to swim with family in open sea and scuba dive. Very kind hospitable staff. And gets relation manager Ulya was so warm and helpful. It was joyful to have upgraded room and receive as a gift from Ulya fruits with wine ) Also we helped to manage some surprise for son. And of course we are so happy because in this hotel we could bring our puppy Kiko and we were welcome everywhere with her. Perfect place for family vacation 🫶🏻

Everything was good in this hotel regarding food, staff, beach, cleanliness, the Aqua park and night activities in the hotel. Kids have a great share regarding facilities and activities. The staff was very tolerant and the hotel didn’t charge us for a broken TV on check out, when we said we didn’t broke it.

We love how all is well thought, there is a gigant watch enabling you to move between restaurants and activities as needed. If u dont catch breakfast, you can eat at the snack options, same with dinner, also pastisserie. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, very well cleaned and maintained, I didnt see anything neglected in the entire hotel. Fresh water available at all times, drinks, ice cream.Beach towels clean as needed. Customer service taken seriously :) the personell are always willing to help, the activities are great, the kids club very well thought (trampolin, slides, legoroom!)..The food varied, balanced and delicious. The jumping inflatable at the pool was amaaazing. We loooved it and are coming back next year!

The hotel is very good in price-quality ratio. Various and delicious food and drinks. Clean public areas and rooms. WONDERFUL OCEAN. I think the hotel should change the type of guests. I saw unbelievably rude, cocky tourists. Types of people who videotape the slightest glitch on their phone all day. Unbelievably pissed off people. I think they're just doing it to get their holidays for free. The food is just too much. Some tourists put on their plates enough food for 3 people and unfortunately most of the food they take are thrown away. It is impossible for them to eat that much food anyway. I am very sorry for what I saw. In fact, if everyone got as much food as they can eat, there would be no queues, but many people take more then they can eat. Once a woman put 2 whole fried chicken (whole chicken) on her Plate and left. I couldn't believe what I saw. What a shame. When I asked the employees why do they allow such people, they said they couldn't do anything, if they warned them, they shouted and complained. Poor employees. However, these people are running around to serve all day. I would definitely recommend the hotel. But don't pay attention to all those pesky tourists. It's really annoying.
