I recently stayed at the Richmond Nua Hotel and wanted to leave a positive review. From the start of the booking process, Samia Mohamed from Guest Relations was extremely helpful. She patiently answered all of my questions about the rooms and amenities, and even upgraded me to a spacious suite at no extra charge. The suite was modern, clean, and comfortable. The king-size bed and plush linens ensured I had a great night's sleep. The large bathroom was spotless with ample towels and toiletries. The hotel's location is ideal - right on shores of Spança lake with shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps outside the front door. The concierge desk provided excellent recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The breakfast buffet offered delicious options to start each day. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly. I want to extend a special thank you again to Samia for her exceptional customer service. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. I will definitely recommend the Richmond Nua Hotel and hope to stay here again next time I'm in town.
