The staff all around the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. There were two beach entrances: one beach had calmer waves, and the other had bigger waves. Food is great in all restaurants.

I don't understand why lots of the reviews complained about this hotel. I think it was amazing value for money. I'd go as far as to say that it might be the best value for money of any hotel I've ever stayed in.
It's not five star luxury (which many of the reviewers seem to expect for some reason), but no hotel anywhere in the world is for this price. It was clean, had a great view, had a nice bar, a good shower etc, and the staff were all friendly and helpful . I have absolutely no complaints at all.
We got upgraded to Royal Bel Azur. The hotel is a very-good 5 stars hotel with all the amneties. I definetly recommend the rooms quality, the swimming pools (hot sea water), the contact with the recepction staff,... For the SPA, the booking should be done in advance or the 1st day of the booking to guarantee a place
Very large and comfortable bed.
Rooms are with balcony with part seaview. We booked the half board. Buffet was ok. Good desserts.drinks are very cheap compared to other 5 stars. Pools are well maintained.
A special mention to Walid who took take of us at the restaurant.A man with a big heart whom we will never forget.
