Overall this property was clean, had a good balance of lively activity and restful periods throughout the day. The staff were all very happy and friendly. Myself and partner had a bad start to our holiday being at El Mouradi Palace, nevertheless Iberostar changed our perspective on Tunisia and was more than willing to get are second attempt to our holiday started on the right note. Staff were more than helpful when hearing about our previous experience. There were also no complaints about the food.
With a private beach, 2 outdoor swimming pools and a night club, this luxurious resort boasts a great location on the Mediterranean Sea. Monastir International Airport is only 26 km away.

Thank you to the animation and games workers. I cannot forget to mention Mr. Hatem at the reception and Mr. Nizar as well. Excellent place to stay. The room was comfy, spacious and spotless with nice furniture and crisp bed sheet and a fantastic sea view balcony. The staff, especiially the friendly and lovely Hiba at the front desk was very nice, helpful and professional . This is a lovely, well-maintained hotel and generally speaking the staff are friendly and helpful and do their absolute best. This is particularly true in the bar and restaurant area in the evenings: the buffet supper was superb, the chefs and waiting staff going out of their way to make the experience special.
This place has a Michelin rated restaurant. The chef was wonderful and he did everything possible to make us comfortable. it is a beautiful, old and renovated property. The atmosphere is wonderful.
I am a frequent visitor, so my only points for a five star, is they are getting there with food options, towels in rooms are not five star
they need to promote the spar correctly , and tell the guests that they can use the indoor pool, also the service is limited for drinks by the pool , and no service at the beach, but the need to recognise, that it is still 5 star , not just for summer
Gorgeous room, amazing rooftop and overall aesthetically beautiful hotel. traditional and super cute breakfast. Michelin star quality food from the restaurant, the chef was outstanding and even came to greet the guests after the dinner service. Cute rooftop Swimming pool, very friendly and accommodating staff.
