Looking for a five-star hotel?
When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.
If you are simply after a bed, some privacy and quiet accommodation then this is the place to be. The staff were incredibly lovely, but they make it clear that this isn’t a 5-star resort, it is very basic accommodation. Everything was clean and it was in a nice area of the island.
Location is superb. Is the second time I’m coming back to this hotel as quality/price offer is the best. Don’t expect to be in 5 star hotel. Rooms are old and they might be focus a bit more on cleaning… but overall I would go back.
The resort is absolutely beautiful, the bamboo hut we stayed in was excellent and rite on the beach, it was pure serenity, the staff are very welcoming and provided a 5 star service, anything we asked for was arranged, they provided a lovely private meal for me and my partner on the beach and went above and beyond to decorating it, we highly recommend the cove as a must do on travelling to phi phi island, they arranged our private boat tour of the islands at a very reasonable price, we will definitely be stopping by the cove again,
Amazing atmosphere every night, workers were so polite. Obviously it’s not 5 star luxury but it’s amazing for what you pay. The fighting is such a good experience everyone getting involved. It is on till 1am though but after that it quiets down quickly. You right in the middle of everything. I will 100% be coming back!
The location of Phi Phi island is very great, and it is the reason for me to choose here second time. very close to shark view point and I can swim there. here has nice almost private beach, and great fire dance show at night. Hotel also has nice restaurant ( price is good), 5 stars dive center ( the reason why i stay here for 4 nights), and small supermarket. it provide me everything needed.
very very nice staffs here, and they help me a lot of experiences about sea and diving.
loved everything about this place 5 stars. I could not have asked for a better place to spend a few days, paradise away from home, great snorkelling and excursions.
This hotel is pure perfection. Stayed with partner, mother and 2 children (12 &14) in 2 bedroom. Facilities and grounds are fabulous. Both pools were clean and good size. The beach at the front of the hotel had the clearest water I have ever seen in my life. Nice quiet resort with a fantastic selection of village shops, bars and restaurants at the rear. Customer service was 5 star, rooms spacious, comfortable beds, clean - amazing smelling soaps/shampoo/conditioner etc. Would love to return.
Amazing staff. Five star but run like a 5 diamond resort. Amazing spa. Great food. Beautiful beach. Very quiet. Treat yourself and book villa 1-4 with your own private pool. Piece of heaven on earth.
One of the most beautiful and clean beach that we ever visit. The breakfast was amazing, and the service is marvellous, The manager Mr. lion was always coming to check on us with a beautiful smile. the food is really 5 stars.
I recommend the passion fruit drink with ginger.
