Going to room and coming back to labby in the small car is a nightmare because of turning and twisting, horrible timing to pick u up as well, the lady who organized the back and fourth is very rude when she speaks on the phone.
Most of staff is polite but some of them aren’t, to specific a guy named Kago or koga was rude to me and my wife. I wanted to speak to the hotel GM about him but haven’t had the time and the lady who organized the activity and trips should be fired to honest just terrible from her side, zero in-term of customers service.

Staff is attentive during peak hours eg breakfast. Our beach dinner was amazing and the lobster dish was spectacular. The traditional dance performance at the pool and the fire performance by the beach were unexpected and a nice surprise. The complimentary basic boxing by the beach is a must-try!

Not conveniently located. You need to go to Bang Tao to get some vibe. Breakfast is average considering the price paid (Eur 15,-). I would recommend a fait price if a seated breakfast but not for a disappointing buffet breakfast

I travel a lot and don't often leave reviews but every hotel should have a geberal manager like Albert. He and his staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The facilities, staff & breakfast were all 5 star. Nai Thon is also a stunning beach.This is our new favourite hotel in Phuket and we can't wait to come back.
You literally stay there for free, it’s right at the beach, the staff is lovely and nice all the time. they have good coffee.
I stayed at many good 5 star hotels and still enjoyed my stay here very much.
This resort is a ripoff. Totally wrong ranking in terms of stars. Booking.com gives it 5 Stars, but in reality its having major problem reaching 3 Stars.
The hotel has seen its better days in terms any aspect . . . it's worn down and that among many things is shown in the general attitude of the staff.
Our recommendation is to avoid this place at any cost!
the facility is outstanding. the staff is extremely kind, prepared and professional. The restaurants are exceptional, the Vero restaurant run by chef Nicolino Lalla is extraordinary. The staff makes you feel like home. A warm greeting to Peach, extraordinary!!
