I had a fantastic stay at DM Residente,thanks to the outstanding service and exceptional staff. The front desk was efficient, housekeeping kept the room spotless, and every request was promptly addressed. I highly recommend this hotel for its welcoming environment and dedicated employees.
Their breakfast starts at 9am which is a bit late when it was just a plated breakfast served with just cold water, no coffee or tea at all. We were given choices but ended up being served w a clubhouse sandwich prepared by the receptionist not the chef/or cook.
I love everything. Location is perfect. Near the airport, SM and places to eat. The hotel staff is superb. Their services is sooooo goood. I'll stay here again for sure
Superb location. Right beside SM Clark with plenty of restaurants. Clean room. The most important is the exceptional staff, from front office to butlers. They are so welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. Special mention to Miggy and the 2 intern trainees.
Just got back from having spent a hugely enjoyable 5 days at Fields Plaza Hotel. Superb location, and luxuriously decorated with very helpful staff. Cath in reception deserves a special shout out for helping me arrange delivery of some of my luggage I'd left behind. Great stuff 😁

We enjoyed your hospitality from the get go. Our first encounter was with Elle at the front desk who treated us like royalty. From then on, every encounter with your personnel was excellent. The apartment offered timeless elegance in a relaxing setting.
