The location was just great… truly a sanctuary after exiting the park. The staff were delightful, special mention to Russell in the dining room and Jhun who met me off the train. I was given an upgrade to the most amazing suite… and there was even a shower room for after I had checked out so I could refresh after walking. Overall I had a blast.

It is a very simple hostel, with confortable beds, was clean, we had hot water and nice big breakfast. The place is not luxury but good price fir the money. The rives makes a lots of noise, but for me was a peaceful sound to sleep.

The location is perfect and everything was top quality. They also put us in contact with a guide for Machu Picchu called Alberto who was really outstanding.

A small hotel right in the centre of the town, a short walk to the train station and bus to Machu Picchu. A staff member waited for us at the station which was very kind and the train was an hour late, to show us to the hotel. At $40 USD per night this hotel is excellent value with a good bed and bathroom. Breakfast starts at 4.30am which is outstanding and helpful if you are on the 6am entry to Machu Picchu.

Fantastic location... on a main central walk from the train station not too far to get there. The hotel was very clean , had an elevator and everyone seemed very professional. My room was equivalent to a 5 star hotel in Canada.

The staff was very nice and would even prepare our breakfast really early as our Tour to Machu Pichu started at 6.00. Room is really big, bathroom too. Nice View from the terrace. My girlfriend forgot something in our room but the staff noticed it and gave it to another friend who was visiting the next week. Thanks for that! Outstanding Service.

The breakfast was not exclusive, but we were grateful for it. The location was excellent, that's why we chose it.

We booked two rooms for a family of four. Our kids room had a super cute balcony and was large and spacious with a great view. The showers in both rooms were superb and there was lots of hot water. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. There was a lot of fresh food on offer as well as delicious cake. The young chef was very friendly and cooked great eggs. It was one of the best breakfasts we had in Peru. We were able to leave our luggage so we could go to the hot springs after we had checked out. Staff were very helpful.
