Friendly staff!! Ilyas the front desk staff and the other staff was helpful, friendly and always ready to help. Surprisingly i was very satisfied with this stay compare to other 5 star hotel. The room was sparkly clean and fresh. My wife happy with the bedsheet as it doesn't cause her any allergic. A total clean room.
The secret garden at night in front of the hotel and the staffs. Very friendly and helpful staffs from check in until checkout. All the staffs were veryyy nice. 5 stars for the hospitality! The secret garden is very beautiful and they sell foods there so you can chill and relax there.
Nice and clean room. The best part is.. the staff Ms Rekha is so so friendly and helpful, immediately surprised us with the swan deco in our room. Solved our simple issue with smiley face and politely, 5 stars for her.
The price is actually consider cheap for 5 stars hotel, the room is comfortable as well and it is clean. I really love how there is a door between the room and bathtub directly. Also, since I went there on Monday, the pool is quite empty and it’s so fun swimming with no one arround.
