We liked everything about our stay. Merida is a great and beautiful city to visit and Casa Tavera is perfectly located. It is a beautiful hotel with all the intimacy and tranquility we wanted. We received an upgrade to the most beautiful room (Kinich), it was magnificent. We enjoyed their delicious breakfast on the balcony in front of our room. The pool is beautiful, all the facilities we needed we're there and if we had a question the staff was more than happy to help. They gave us tips even without asking such as the tip (and glasses) to go enjoy the eclipse. All in all we are over the moon about this trip and this hotel!

Lovely breakfast, very attentive staff during the entire duration of our short but memorable stay. Secure off street parking although the neighbourhood is very welcoming / safe based on our experience. Comfy beds, nice bed linnen & towels, careful & considerate little touches to meet / exceed guest expectations. Would definately reccommend.
