As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.
The reception was very kind and helpful even though it was Christmas and they had to work ;) The room was very clean and tidy and the garden is superb!
Superb position opposite the convent in a quiet road. Perfect stay for relaxing and exploring Izamal on foot. LOVED the pool area, which we had to ourselves most of the time. Very nice room with the best view!
There is unfortunately no breakfast at this location, however you can get a superb one at the sister hotel down the road.
Apart from that, very fine place.
Great location, clean cotton sheets, hot water. you could see someone had great vision to make this place five star - there is a vacant pool bar, restaurant and spa on site. would be amazing if someone put some money into it to do it up!
A beautiful place to stay for a few nights - it felt at times like our own private luxury villa. Food and service were good and pool was lovely.
