This emblematic and 140 m tall hotel is on the top, in any sense: the futuristic and giant lobby hall, the restaurant at about 120 m above sea level and with breathtaking views to the city and the surrounding mountains, the huge outdoor pool, the lobby bar and two other restaurants on ground floor, the big room on 19th floor with every modern comfort, especially the large and comfortable bed. The reception staff extraordinarily friendly and present (they helped me a lot to organise my short stay in this city). Very good food in the restaurants. In general a cosmopolitan atmosphere in this huge city in such a hidden and unknown region. Sure I will come back.
