The hotel is well located (small town) so nothing is very far. Staff is very warm and friendly - Kanchan, Shadab, Ravi, Tilak at front desk. The driver Vishal to and from airport was excellent too.
The F&B team is very good and fresh food available for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The chef was accommodating to our meal requests.
Auto is easily available outside the hotel. Housekeeping staff very friendly as well.

I recently stayed at Nova Park Hotel and had a remarkable experience. The luxurious ambiance, impeccable service, and attention to detail truly stood out. The spacious rooms were well-appointed, offering a comfortable and elegant retreat.
Nothing was right, horrible experience. This hotel is stated as 5 star and accomodadates the Indian national cricket team. Regardless of that the accomodation doesn't reflect any quality or special features.
Everything, But what I can say is hospitality and dedication of making your stay as comfortable by Mr Bharat is something I have not seen at any 5 stars we have seen.
