This place is amazing. Such charm and authentic Accommodation, we loved it here. Superb clean room with amazing balcony, very good bathroom, great staff who helped with buses going forward. Breakfast choice superb and rooftop 5 star class restaurant but with very fair prices. Loved it so much we extended stay.
The property is very elegant, so don't be discouraged by negative reviews, as people nowadays expect 5-star accommodations at such an affordable price; it’s basically a home away from home. The rooms are very spacious, with clean bathrooms, and all the amenities match, and even exceed, what is shown. If you want a peaceful stay away from the daily hustle, this is the perfect place for everyone. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, the train station, and even the airport. Situated in an upscale neighborhood.
Wow, super impressed with this guesthouse. It's blue and so unique and makes for great photos. It's clean and well maintained for such an old building. But the best part is definitelly the staff. Vikram the owner is just superb and so attentive and thoughtfull, you get 5 star hotel VIP service. Also Bhavan the waiter was really amazing and helpful, and thanks to both of them we eat in their restaurant every day, that's how much we enjoy it. If you don't stay here when in Udaipur, you will regret it. 100% recommend.
If you are looking for a luxurious 5-star, with the associated facilities, this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a unique, family-run homestay - a typical haveli in all respects - this place is ideal. The narrow lanes, the bumpy tuk tuk ride, homestyle cooking on the terrace and open to the elements, lovely view of the fort, informal atmosphere, very friendly hosts, atmospheric rooms, breakfast with accompanied monkeys - this place has it all. The experience is truly unique and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The best was staff attention. Sushil Kumar ji is an excellent host, very courteous, always wants to offer the best of everything to the guests. I have never seen such hospitality even in 5 stars. His care & personal touch melt my heart. His attending staff were too nice, always smiling and gave us a home feeling. I wish Sushil kumar Ji and his staff all the very best. God bless!

Heritage Gouri Haveli is a beautiful hotel dating back around 300 years. It keeps the original features of the building so you shouldn’t expect the 5 star modern luxury of hotels like RAAS, but if you’re willing to sacrifice luxury for authenticity it provides a comfortable and unique stay. The best thing about the hotel is by far and away the staff, who are incredibly helpful and resourceful.
Everything from rooms, furniture, lighting, food, staff was unparalleled. I've been to 5 stars often but Baijoo Niwas was The BEST. Mr. Anshuman is a perfectionist. It was super value for money. We really found a gem in Jodhpur.
