The sheets were clean and our daughter had a bout of food poisonings on the way, and upon messaging en route, they made sure rice and dal grains, bread, butter were bought and kept so we could make some home food in the homestay itself.they didnt even charge us for this and were prompt in their replies. There was salt, pepper, and utensils for basic food prep and the switches were all well marked to avoid confusion. the air-conditioning worked fine. Filter water was available for consumption. It was decent value for money, not luxurious.

How do you rate them as 5 star & what is the criteria for rating the rooms are given without checking whether the tea kettle is working or linen is provide there are no information of contacting in the room to reception, housekeeping room service or operater.
The place is very beautiful, spacious and cosy, with best of amenities. very natural, the place is exactly the same as in photos. very beautiful plants in the Balcony. very friendly and cooperative host. Host went a step extra to coordinate with my friend to arrange for a cake. 5 star to the place for cleanliness, amenities and room design and comfort. it was a great stay.
