I asked them to serve breakfast in the room and they agreed to this, not every hotel accepts this and this is great of them

Got the chance to have breakfast at the 18th floor club lounge. Service was exceptional and the staff there were extremely warm and polite. Honestly the BEST hotel breakfast experience EVER! this property has all the hallmarks of a 5 star hotel - however, to enjoy the full 5 star experience you need to book one of the 'tow,er' rooms, which also have the added benefit of access to the 'tower lounge' !! (garden view side is better than pool view side) - note: the staff go out of their way to assist in every respect (every request we made was completed)
The Trans Luxury Hotel is an outstanding hotel with excellent, caring and attentive staff . The attention to detail in the hotel to every aspect of customer comfort is superb. Overall a wonderful experience and I will always prefer this hotel when travelling to Bandung
The hotel is located nearby the shopping mall and can easily be accessed via the hotel. The shopping mall is not as good at other bigger ones but there are good eateries. Can easily walk to Braga street (10mins) and the big Mosque (al- ukhuwwah) nearby too. Reception was helpful when ordering taxi etc. The hotel is only 5 start because it can host large conferences and business meetings.
This hotel is cozy and clean. It is well managed as the reputation of 5 star hotel.
And the breakfast is also good with varios foods.
Especially i could enjoy the breakfast with good price with special promotion.
I will visit again i f i go to bandung again.
