The overall comfort of the room is great. The amenities provided in-room is great. The response time for in-room service is spectacular. The lobby bar is a plus.

We waited because cleaning wasn't finished at check-in time. The waiting time was a bit long, and fortunately, the staff explained the situation fully and let us drink tea while waiting in the club lounge. It wasn't a bad time to drink tea and watch the sea in a quiet place. The room was large and clean. There were a few issues after checking in, one of which was the refrigerator wasn't working, but the other one was replaced. Overall, there were some issues, but the staff's response was excellent. There is a small convenience store in the hotel that sells Korean ramen, kimchi snacks, etc. The ocean view from the swimming pool is very beautiful, and Tumon Beach is also very close. Next time I go to Guam, my choice will be Lotte Hotel.

When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.
Check in was at 3 pm but we were checked-in earlier than that. Breakfast buffet was excellent, the smorgasbord of choices is for every taste. The room was cozy, upscale, and modern. (The room stayed smelling fresh after two days of stay.)

It may not be a 4/5 star hotel, but it's convenient, considering there's a kitchen area, refrigerator, and microwave just your basic kitchen needs and two bathrooms. So that's always a plus. Other hotels, ask for a microwave either they don't provide or you would have to pay to use one.
