The Tsubaki Tower, five-star hotel in Tumon

Set in Tumon, 500 metres from Tumon Beach, The Tsubaki Tower offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Each accommodation at the 5-star hotel has sea views, and guests can enjoy access to a restaurant and to a bar. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property.

Staff was fast to replace our dryer. Front desk made it easy to check in/out via this booking.com rsvp. Hotel room felt clean, dry, and not too cold. Everything was spotless. Extra drinks in the fridge was a plus! Usually hotels give 2 water and 2 soda. We got 3 water, 3 coke, 2 beers, 2 Aloha Maid. Heinakken Deli’s iced coffee down stairs was top notch. Would definitely come here again!

Each modern room offers contemporary décor, a refrigerator with free bottled water, an in-room safe and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The bathroom includes slippers and complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste.

FROM CHECK IN, JENELL ASSISTED ME, WENT SO SMOOTH, SHE WAS VERY ACCOMODATING ... ROOM EXPERIENCE, ALL WAS GREAT!.. STAFF WERE ALL VERY HOSPITABLE...VERY HELPFUL..I ASKED FOR EXTRA PILLOWS, HOUSE KEEPING STAFF DELIVERED REAL QUICK...ENGINEERING TECH CAME IN AND ASSISTED IN GETTING OUR TV UP AND RUNNING...CHECKING OUT WAS A SMOOTH PROCESS AS WELL...SALLY ASSISTED US..ALL STAFF WERE SUPERB!!.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK LOTTE GUAM..WE DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!..

    Check in was at 3 pm but we were checked-in earlier than that. Breakfast buffet was excellent, the smorgasbord of choices is for every taste. The room was cozy, upscale, and modern. (The room stayed smelling fresh after two days of stay.)

    It may not be a 4/5 star hotel, but it's convenient, considering there's a kitchen area, refrigerator, and microwave just your basic kitchen needs and two bathrooms. So that's always a plus. Other hotels, ask for a microwave either they don't provide or you would have to pay to use one.
