The staff once reception desk were exceptional and couldn’t have been any nicer, we were there for the football so timings were dictated to us so we wouldn’t make breakfast and couldn’t do the champagne reception that they offered. However the staff made us up breakfast to take with us on the go and added a bottle of wine and 6 beers to the fridge in the room. All staff were extremely friendly and I would go back and stay here again whenever I am best in Athens

Great Hotel, great location. We were in total comfort in this contemporary style hotel. The classic standard room We booked was price/quality perfect. we really enjoyed the cuisine in their beautiful top floor restaurant, Hwhich also has the best view of the Parthenon at night. We booked your hotel for $420 per night because you advertised a room with a view of the Acropolis. When we arrived in our room the only view was from the small balcony when sitting at the small balcony table and chairs only one person could see the Acropolis. We discussed this with the front desk and they graciously moved us to a room with a beautiful view out of ever window😀🙏

When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.
The warm welcome on arrival. Reception team attitude during stay and helpfulness with transfer to cruise terminal. Very comfortable room with terrace. Hotel recently renovated. Lovely breakfast served by Sofia & Philip.
This is not a 5 star hotel, but could teach some large 5 star hotel groups a lesson in hospitality.

Great rooftop pool area with views from the port to the Acropolis.
This hotel is rated 5 star but it’s tired and the pool area has had no love. It must have been wonderful back in the day but all feels very tired. The proximity to the port is fab and, as we were upgraded, the room was very pleasant. But sadly the balcony had no chairs. Very sad really
Superb in every way! Loved it so much that we can't wait to return! Every aspect was awesome from the location surrounded by shops and restaurants to the facilities and friendliness of the owner and a panoramic view of the ocean! The special touches were welcomed from complimentary coffee and toiletries to the top quality tv and coffee maker! The pictures don't show the finer details of how amazing it is but please don't book it as we want it to be available for our next stay in the area!

Although not luxurious, Phidias Piraeus is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The friendly staff go out of their way to be helpful and the location is very convenient to great restaurants and any kind of shopping from luxury boutiques to grocery stores.
Clean, comfortable, and friendly . Excellent location for pre-cruise stay. Basic, but if you want 5 star luxury you need to stay elsewhere and pay more.
Don't get the negative feedback from some people.
Also there's a super Italian restaurant around the corner.

Most rooms are new, as I understand. Everything worked smoothly, things I had to sort out on my own like WiFi, “what’s near me?” Went smoothly. All contact with reception was efficient , warm and professional. 5 stars!
Absolutely nothing… if we could rate this property a negative 5 stars, we would. The pictures in this booking ad are as fake as Kim Kardashians bum. I have absolutely no positive feedback here.
