The breakfast was ordered the day before and prepared to perfection. It's served in our private terrace, quiet and nice. The hotel staff is wonderful. Because of its small size, it really feels like staying in someone's beautiful home but with professional service people. The hotel is in a quiet alley, only 10-15 minutes of walking to centre of Oia. We also stayed two nights at The Volcano View Hotel. Comparing that, we both found Edem more charming, and the stay far more satisfying. It was a wonderful experience.
