This was our 4th visit to this excellent hotel. Everything is as always at the highest level. The breakfasts are excellent, the staff is impeccable, cleanliness, comfort, entertainment program every evening, here we got everything we need for an unforgettable vacation. The hotel's territory is stunningly decorated, like a medieval city surrounded by a garden of Eden. There is clean sand on the beach, comfortable sun beds, beach towels can be changed daily to clean ones. At the exit of the hotel there is a street with shops and taverns where you can eat delicious food and have fun shopping. But the hotel is quiet, as it is separated from the street by a park. I sincerely recommend this hotel, and I would like to come here again with pleasure.

The hotel is well located with a nice beach front bar. Each room from the Adults only hotel had its own spot at the beach with a bottle of water courtesy from the hotel. Breakfast had a good variety of food and the option of having a brunch at Elia restaurant was very nice.

The hotel is very peaceful and clean and the staff are very attentive. I enjoyed the variety in the buffet and the selection of cocktails at the beach bar. We were offered a meal at the A la carte restaurant and that meal was really nice I 100% recommend.

The property is beautiful, clean and has a variety of different dining options. We visited during their off peak season so it was not crowded; we were always able to have a sunbed on the beach, go to the restaurants without booking and service was fairly quick. The hotel is fairly close to the airport, so it was convenient for a shorter stay.

Excellent hotel that has just been totally renovated. The food was more or less the same, but there was a good variety of food at all meals and we were always able to satisfy all the family including the kids :) A small tip for families - the nuggets and fries at the waterpark bar are unbeatable, kids loved them! The hotel is very well-planned, everything is really close and we luckily got a room at a lower level, not at the top (the hotel is located on a hill slope). All the amenities in the room looked new. I would particularly mention the outstanding entertainment team which went above and beyond to satisfy every guest, including the small ones! Our kids spent a lot of time in the kids club and really had fun there, special thanks to Andra, Eva and Paula! The evening program and the fitness classes were also really nice. What was cool about the waterpark, it had slides for all ages, for little kids and a couple of more steep ones and it was built in a really safe way, so there was no need in a lifeguard there and the kids were able to slide alone as well. Overall - absolutely positive impression, we had lots of fun and highly recommend the hotel, especially for families!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb on Crete! The property deserves all five stars for its impeccable amenities and prime location. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding communication with the host. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to assist us with any questions or needs we had. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete!
Everything was amazing; the hotel, the view, the food, the amazing and helpful staff. Definitely was a 5 star experience. The hotel is also very beautiful and very peaceful and quiet.
My husband and I travelled to Crete for the first time and stayed at Drossia Palms and let me say this property FAR exceeded our expectations. I wish I could give it 15 stars. We stayed in the suite with a hot tub on our deck and our room was absolutely beautiful! This business is family owned and they were all so welcoming and accommodating! The family run hotel leans over backwards to make the break five star. All nationalities rub shoulders in a fantastic friendly way. We met people who return year after year, time after time. Facilities are excellent, and the site is convenient for maximum sunshine, two excellent pools, and very close to an excellent bakery, supermarket, and lots of other great facilities
The hotel and rooms were kept spotless by the 2 hard working cleaners, the rest of the staff were also exceptional friendly and professional and were definitely 5 star hotel material…..we thank them all for making our stay memorable.
The entire experience was superb! The attention to detail in this comfortable and elegant Villa, was exceptional! All rooms are luxurious, functional and cozy and immaculately clean! The location is perfect, very close to the beach and very close to the centre. The view both to the sea and the mountain is breathtaking! The garden area is unique for relaxation! The host was really helpful and friendly and highly professional to the vey last detail! I would definitely recommend this incredible Villa to everyone!!!
