I loved everything about the hotel. From the warm welcome, the amazing room (I recommend trying to get the 201), to the food and drinks. The service was amazing, true 5 stars, nothing was too much. The location is perfect. Imerovigli is quiet, yet just 10-15mins walk from Fira. The swimming pool is great, it's very big, with views of the Caldera. I also, really recommend having diner at hotel's restaurant at least once, it's delicious and a real experience to have.

We loved the customer service, they were extremely attentive with us, they did everything as possible to make us feel the best we can and to have an amazing experience in Santorini and the Hotel in general. The suite that we had was one of the caves suites that has a pool outside and inside, but this suite has the best pool outside view that you would ever have in the whole Island, amazing place for pictures and specially the sunset. Now, the restaurant have delicious dishes and drinks, one of the best restaurants of the Island 100%. Now, we had a flight at night and our check out was early, but as they really wanted to make us feel great they gave us another suite until we leave the Island (also there was availability so we were lucky on this one). One last thing, we forgot our passports at the safe of the room, we called them and they came with our passports and personal belongings that we left at the safe right away to the Airport, as we said they were extremely helpful and great with us. It was a dreamt experience and we thanks all the staff of the Hotel. We will come back again soon!
