Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. We were treated amazingly from the moment we arrived. We were fortunate enough to benefit from a room upgrade on arrival that made us feel extra special. Breakfast was tasty and the island was very pretty, even in the rain

The location was superb, the dinner was excellent, and the staff were very good, but, the most outstanding part was the service from Hulya, she was so attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble, we've travelled to many hotels but I believe Hulya was the best I've ever experienced.

A refreshing change from the usual hotel experience The Olde Bell was without doubt a 5 star/ First class experience. As the trip involved our dog ( a guide dog puppy in training) we were all catered for magnificently. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous And very efficient.the food was very good and delivered very promptly. For the location and facilities provided we think it was extremely good value for money( striking distance of London and Easter bank holiday weekend. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

Location was fabulous. So idyllic and quite. Stunning decor. So much character and top quality everything - Superb food, the Sunday roast was incredible and best veggie option I ever experienced. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. Our only regret is we weren’t there longer. Will definitely return
