When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.
The room was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Staff were polite and professional. The quality of the entire building was excellent. We have a 5 star holiday let with a high level of attention to detail and I have to say the decor in the restaurant was exceptional and I could not stop myself from looking at everything with admiration.
Beautifully presented studio with everything you’d need for a long or short stay. Really comfy bed, super clean and a great sized shower. Aisha was a five star host, communication was easy throughout and check in instructions were straightforward to follow. No issue parking and a close walk to the town centre. I’d happily recommend the studio to anyone planning a visit to Huddersfield.
I was very surprised by the quality of this hotel. I am not sure how long it is since it was refurbished, but it appeared to be very recent. We are used to staying in 5 star Dubai hotels, and this was on that level.
The welcome form the staff great very helpful people . The room but basic but very very clean . The venue itself was great for the wedding and the manager had a great eye for detail. Great place great accommodation. The rooms for the wedding couple were 5 star very very nice
Room clean and tidy but a little smaller than on my last visit. Breakfast absolutely superb. Great to see use of high quality local products, cooked to perfection. All staff were friendly and attentive.
As a global traveler visiting from New York, I feel confident saying that this is a truly world class hotel, such a gem to find in Huddersfield, the details to the rooms and hotel design is outstanding, delicious food and friendly staff. Little details I liked, beautiful artwork and decor, natural light, top quality furnishings, underfloor heating in bathroom, well dressed polite staff in Owen Scott suits.
This might be a 3 star hotel, the staff made it feel like 5 star, I took my two dogs with me, they enjoyed all the fuss that was made over them, very dog friendly, the food was mmmm nice just the right amount, not over facing, well done chef, To the ladies from the reception, the restaurant and bar.
A big thanks you made us feel welcomed, we cannot wait to go back, before then, Sunday lunch seems to be the big thing, I'm sure my dog's can't either
