Reception was excellent, very responsive and pleasant.
The shuttle was very useful, never kept us waiting more than 5 minutes and flexible, really enhanced our stay.
The outdoor pool is lovely, unfortunately during our stay it was quite cool a large part of the time.
Breakfast was good, varied and plentiful, but pricey!

Down a long tree lined drive you come to a beautiful French family country house hotel set in stunning grounds.
Reception is in a pleasant welcoming area, with warm vibes.
The dining room has crisp white tablecloths, sparking glasses and cutlery. It oozes ambiance, with sophisticated furnishings.
The candle lit bar is equally charming and alluring.
The secluded terrace is a perfect size for an intimate dinner, breakfast or coffee.
A pool with character, it is surrounded by a small stone wall with contemporary and traditional French plants. There are many different garden areas to sit and relax.
Our room was exceptional - a sitting area with a white leather sofa, 2 tv, a fridge, mini bar coffee/tea facilities etc. Plenty of wardrobe space. An extremely large comfy bed, an amazing bathroom (we wanted to take it home) a huge private terrace overlooking olive trees and a second pool.
Everything in this hotel is exquisite and of high quality, we didn’t see anything that needed to be repaired, updated or refurbished. The decor is beautiful and tasteful.
The food is without doubt delicious. Nancy Bourguignon, the chef, has a michelin star and her finesse is reflected in the amazing breakfasts, canapés, petit four and delectable, mouth-watering, stunning dinners. You have to eat here to appreciate just how good it is.
Customer Service exceeded all our expectations. The staff were
helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to meet our needs.

Everything! It is an amazing place. The pictures don’t do it justice. This apartment is in the best position- a short walk from the palace and other attractions. Well equipped with everything one would need and more. We loved the champagne and nibbles that waited for us ( especially the cookies).Stephan, the host, was enormously helpful with everything- from booking our dinners to organising our sightseeing itineraries. It was truly one of our best holidays- we will definitely be back :)

This beautiful flat is one of the best equipped that my husband and I have ever stayed in, and Cyrille is an extremely hospitable and generous host. The bed is super king and very comfortable, the black out blinds work well, the water pressure in the rainfall shower is great, the air con worked well, the kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 toilets. The washing machine and dryer were useful. Cyrille is a very talented artist and there are fabulous artworks everywhere - he has furnished the flat very tastefully and with a huge amount of care. Kelly, the concierge, was incredibly helpful and called several restaurants to sort out bookings for us as I have food intolerances - she made our trip so much easier and she was always available to help, as was Cyrille. They both checked in regularly to ensure we were having a good trip. There is a private parking space in a secure underground car park - the flat is 5 minutes drive from the city centre and a very convenient base for visiting the villages in the Luberon. The outside Jacuzzi was a welcome bonus! Additionally there is a small grocery store next door which is open late and stocks all the essentials. We thoroughly recommend this flat for a wonderful trip to Avignon.

The bedroom was very comfortable and a good size with two windows looking out onto the Main Street. The bed linen was sumptuous. The bathroom was well proportioned and spotless clean.

The grounds are delightful as is the outdoor pool. A bonus was charge points for the electric car.
When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.
We loved the location of Le Petit Bijou, its beautiful decor, its cleanliness and it had everything you could possibly want at your fingertips. We were greeted by the wonderful, Patricia whose help was invaluable. Being situated in such a central, yet exclusive area was wonderful. The amount of information provided about the town and the surrounding places to visit was extremely helpful.
Spacious room, lovely shaded terrace, welcoming and informative hostess (a great help in finding the real treasures of the St Remy area), superb breakfasts, pleasant and relaxing stay, short walk to St Remy for market, restaurants, shops
1. Breakfast was excellent.
2. Loved the pool
3. Service was outstanding from the staff who really couldn’t do enough to help.
4. Beautiful building
5. Lovely room
6. Provide a fully stocked mini bar and fairly priced
7. Really clean rooms and great housekeeping staff.
The breakfast is superb. Such lovely fruit, coffee, croissants cheese. The grounds are lovely. The hosts are kind an thoughtful, a shared fridge in the outdoor kitchen and picnic baskets for you to use.Very tranquil and beautiful.I will definitely return .
A beautiful apartment where everything has been thought of and then some! A Luxurious home from home where the owner Pierre made sure my mother daughter trip was one to remember.
The location was outstanding and the atmosphere in the studio apartment was very relaxing. With three flights of narrow, steep staircases, some tenants might need to consider access. But the fit out, the air conditioning and the layout was superb. A little slice of heaven. Despite being in a vibrant street, there was very little noise. The colour palate was particularly pleasing.
