I was very surprised that Villa Berlioz has no stars, as I would definitely give them 5 stars. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The location is perfect with easy access to everything you might need, from restaurants to shops and public transport. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel is beautiful. Very clean. The food was very awful. I was at one of their restaurants, and I also ordered food from room service, and the food was very bad. Hotel of 5 stars with 1 star food. Better eat in a different restaurant.
Location is 5 stars- room equipped for and with everything needed for excellent weekend getaway. The nicest touch was the member of staff on duty had let me charge my phone before leaving with my luggage (after checking out). It’s small things like this that really make a memorable experience last a lifetime 🤘🏾
The house is super well-prepared. I am impressed by all the things I need / don't think I need are there. Kitchen / bedroom / laundry items etc are all there for me. 5 stars for the organization.
The staff is beyond helpful and so attentive. They went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and feel well looked after. From the receptionist to the bed makers, everyone deserves 5 stars.
