Location excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. the small spa was brilliant after a long day in the mountains. our room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable.

The location of the apartment in the center of Chamonix was very noticeable. It has all your needs and you may consider it like your home. It has a large balcony overlooking the mountain and the city. And all the services you need, just steps away from you. In a free car park. The owner of the apartment is a very nice, jovial and understanding man who speaks English. I recommend this apartment to any visitor to Chamonix and frankly it is five star.
No fuss and the restaurant is what makes this hotel. Bar and restaurant staff is great and very nice. Great food and drinks at very good prices. 5 Stars to bar and restaurant and its staff.
Perfect Location. Very central to do all activities in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. The central bus station is right opposite the accommodation, very convenient to travel to near by villages and Geneva. I will give more than 5 stars for location. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Kitchen is well equipped , even has a dishwasher .
Reception staff is very very helpful and friendly. They will help adjust even if you are arriving in between reception opening times. All you need to do is to call them before hand and they are able to help.
Everything excellent. We only had a little misunderstanding at check in time about splitted payment (room by room). We have been contacted one hour later from the Director who has been extremely kind and completely solved the situation. 5 stars service.

5 stars service, extremely clean and quiet, perfect sound isolation, amazing views of mountain. way over than I expected, super convient, there is one supermarket downstairs and one just next to it. almost only 2 minutes walk to the center ville, they have restaurant and bar and free spa.
