Our stay at the hotel was excellent. From the spacious room, to the location, facilities, and super friendly staff. All the front desk team, Valentina and her colleagues, provided excellent service and have always taken the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay at the hotel (and a pleasant visit to Courchevel too!). The hotel have proactively upgraded our room when they learned that we were on out Honeymoon (without having to ask for it!). The shuttle bus crew were always very helpful and friendly and the service was always available whenever needed. The hotel location is very good and close to the ski lifts, restaurants, and cafes. As a couple, visiting Courchevel for the first time, the hotel team (led by Valentina and her entire team) made sure we have an amazing stay and get all the guidance and support we needed.
