I loved how welcoming and attentive Marco was. The little things, such as some food on arrival, breakfast served the night before I left so I could eat early in the morning before my flight. I liked how quiet and relaxing my stay was.

We had the most incredible experience at this hotel! The host was simply exceptional - incredibly friendly and provided fantastic restaurant recommendations. And let me tell you about the breakfast made by Veronica – it was like being served by a breakfast angel! A 5 star experience from start to finish, exceptional service & food in buffet area daily. Location is excellent with a bus service right outside hotel to travel to other areas of island. In-house care hire was excellent & so much information to hand.. Hotel has its own app you can download on arrival which tells you everything going on throughout your stay in terms of activities to what's on the menu.
luxury, style and everything you expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff were friendly, especially Daniel who greeted for breakfast every morning. All inclusive worth every penny we didn’t have the leave the resort every was so great
I would rate my stay as 5 stars, the apartment is well located, very spacious and clean, it is equipped with everything we needed for our stay with an amazing view from the balcony, The host Maria is extremely helpful and kind, she gave us all the information and tips needed to enjoy Lanzarote. She went out of her way to help us and she gave us a top notch service, I highly recommend her place!
What should be a 5 star, now 4 - but easily fixed!
This villa is possibly the best located in Playa Blanca/Rubicon Marina.
On the positive side the Villa was well appointed; decorated as a family holiday home rather than just as a rental. The pool is an unusually good size, and the location outstanding. Despite what I say above I would be very happy to return, but at the top end of the price range for a two bedroom villa you would expect no issues/problems at all!
It was immaculate with modern fixtures and fittings. It was well equipped and short of nothing. Most comfortable, very spacious and luxurious.
Kevin the host was most helpful, communication was excellent and his customer service level was 5 star.
It was in a good location if you don’t mind walking. Fifteen minutes walk to Playa Blanca restaurants and shops. Twenty five minute walk to Rubicon Marina.
