The pool was great, we like the salt water one. The sun beds were not comfy and need more padding like the ones in unique. I have fibromyalgia, but was not allowed to use there’s.

Location and hotel is fantastic. I've visited previously and can see improvements have been made, for example, rooms decorated and new restaurants.
Sunsets are amazing. It's so peaceful and lovely to walk to the bars and shops on the sea front.
Restaurant staff were lovely and were very personable.

Wonderful hotel, very peaceful. Plenty of space despite being a large hotel. Room was beautiful. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Spa was also perfect for a massage and relaxed morning.

The apartment is very nice, clean with a perfect view. Bed is very comfortable and the communication with the host was great. I do recommend this apartment.
When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.

We had a sea view room on the top floor, which was fantastic. Beautiful views overlooking the beach and pool. The room was luxurious. The beds were so soft and comfy. The infinity pool is gorgeous and so warm. There was a decent fridge with complimentary water provided. We ate in the buffet for dinner on two nights, and it was decent. We also ate in an Italian restaurant on the beach a couple of times and the food was outstanding. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Good hotel with enormous lagoon pool. However, I was very disappointed that you have to pay an extra E40 for a 4 hour spa session. This is a 5 star hotel and you would think that one session would be included in the very high price that you pay to stay here - I was not impressed.
Rooms classy, cleaned twice a day with a chocolate left on the bed. Every single staff member I crossed paths with was super friendly and professional. One chef remembered I only ate fish, extremely efficient staff maintaining the restaurants and hotel grounds. Drinks were poured with love and didn't give that all inclusive service, great coctails and just felt like they valued me. Certainly will be back and they have a regular out of me now, thank you x
I find it quite surprising that I have to pay for the spa area in a 5 star hotel. The wish for a room with ocean view was not satisfied even though that were maybe 50% guests...I expect more from a 5 star hotel and the money we paid.
