I recently stayed at Marom and it was an exceptional experience. The elegant room with modern amenities, breathtaking balcony view, and incredibly comfortable bed made for a perfect stay. The pristine pool, were outstanding. Mr Bassem and Mr. Mustafa went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Marom seamlessly blends luxury, comfort, and top-notch service, making it a true gem in Portsaid. Highly recommended!
Everything was wonderful.. The chalet is extremely luxurious and elegant.. All the tools, appliances and amenities are available.. The place of residence in nature is more beautiful than the pictures shown.. The treatment is very kind and elegant.. And communication in the event of any inquiry or request was very fast. The resort is quiet and relaxing.. ideal for relaxation.. just steps from Helnan walk (Carrefour and a group of restaurants and cafes) We hope to repeat the experience again. Thank you very much
The only thing I liked is the commitment of the staff, not the managers. Just the basic staff. Having a swimming pool was good.
There was a very good choice of a breakfast buffet, but for a 5 star to serve tiny packets of Nescafe, is a joke. If I wanted real coffee i had to pay 150 Egp extra for a small espresso, which i did every day.
It was very clean and very comfortable. The internet was excellent and the furniture brand new. Extremely value for money. The apartment was newly renovated. Room service was superb and the staff were doing to satisfy your needs.
The breakfast was rich and tasty
This resort deserves every euro you spend. Exceptional!!!

Palma Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness and hygiene were impeccable, and the suite was incredibly luxurious. I must mention Nada, the receptionist, who provided exceptional service with a warm and friendly attitude. Highly recommend.

Hotel style is kept within the historical value and style with the old wooden floors and high ceiling of the rooms and old doors but kept in excellent condition
Overall, the vipes of the hotel are very warm and comfortable and makes you feel you live in the 1800s era with modern facilities
