The hotel is quite good and owned by an Arab, which adds a nice touch. It's conveniently located near the train station, making commuting easy. There are several halal restaurants nearby, which was a bonus. When we were leaving Zurich, the staff kindly assisted us with our luggage to the train station. Although there were a few shortcomings, the staff went above and beyond to provide extra services and discounts, which is why I’m giving it a 5/10.

Awesome flat for our family of 6. Felt right at home. Received a warm welcome and lots of great recommendations from our hosts. Kitchen included everything we needed to cook meals. Location is amazing - grocery, restaurants, shopping were all within walking distance. Can’t wait to return!

I liked the property. It was comfortable, clean and big enough for the 5 of us. It came with a big TV and Netflix, YouTube included which was great. It had a good terrace with some patio furniture. The wi-fi was good in the living room but patchy in bedrooms. I didn't mind however because we didn't spend much time in the apartment anyways. There were free passes for bus travel within Interlaken. However, we didn't need it per se because we already bought the Swiss Travel Pass. There is a bus stop in front of the property.

The place is amazing and in fact a big house with all the amenities you can think of and beyond.
The kitchen is exceedingly well equipped with all the machines, crockery and lots of day to day usage salt and spices. They were kind enough to even provide a few coffee capsules as well.
Patrick was a very nice person to talk to and even came to receive us at the apartment. He was kind enough and helpful to give us a tour of the house and guided with all the amenities and answered all our questions without hesitation. He explained everything very nicely and gave us the guest cards for local travel with lot of local recommendations documented at the dining table.
The bathroom is amazing and bedroom is spacious and well equipped for all seasons with blankets and linens.
They have a spa which can be used by guests.
The bus stop is just outside the house with direct access to both Interlaken West and Ost.
As a bonus you get a nice mountain view from the living room.

A 5-star hotel breakfast in a 3-star hotel! The food choice and quality is very good. The hotel set up is basic but very clean and tidy. The staff are very professional, helpful and friendly (not superficially friendly), including those serving you breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed my stay a lot!
Incredible place to stay! Would without a doubt choose hotel Alphorn over a 5 star hotel chain any day. Christine was amazing and really made an impression on our stay, especially with all her personal recommendations around town. I didn’t catch the other ladies name that we crossed paths with on Thursday morning (very sorry) but despite still preparing breakfast for the day, you made sure we had a bite to eat and drink before we went on our way. Fabulous stay here last night!! Highly recommend this hotel can't wait to stay again. We got an amazing free upgrade to a large suite 2 bedrooms so clean and lovely! Breakfast was so delicious, staff were amazingly helpful 5 stars
Everything was excellent by over its like 5 stars hotel. It’s worth it for the money.
But staff was helpful specially the female receptionist and cleaner and the African at the place were they served us breakfast

Excellent location and a well maintained property. The host Marco is a very helpful and jovial person. The room is very spacious and we had a little lawn outside . The kitchen is well stocked and the bed is very comfortable. The laundry room is an added bonus . 5 stars to the host and to Chalet Maria .
