When the accommodation is just as important as the destination, a five-star stay should give that extra ‘wow’ factor as you enter the lobby. As well as offering the kind of service to make you feel like royalty, you’ll usually find highly rated on-site spas, gourmet restaurants and top-of-the-line beds you won’t want to get out of.
This place was luxurious vintage! The shared bathrooms were so beautiful and clean we didn't even notice we were sharing. The room had lovely features such as comfy lounge chairs, an old decorative fireplace, a toasty heater and beautiful decor! Would 10/10 stay again!
The staff were friendly, clean amenities, great options for breakfast. Mittagong motel is in a superb location. Only minutes away from Bowral and other amazing tourist destinations
The springs is a treasure Hove on your travels and is a luxurious haven. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay and couldn't be more hospitable including the staff in the RSL club. The rooms are exceptional, lots of provisions, big rooms, comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom and shower. There was excellent coffee and biscuits and comfortable chairs and table. This motel is well worth that little extra. The food in the RSL is very nice.
Recently renovated in 2023 the room and bathroom were superb. Very comfortable and we faced the carpark so it was very quiet and relaxing. We ate in the restaurant and the food and ambience were great. We had a terrace but we didn't realise until the morning that it was exclusively ours. If we'd known, we would have slept with the doors open. Very comfy bed, super spacious room and very nice bathroom.
Second stay here. Just love it. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels for work and the bed here would have to be the best. And the shower - best hot water!
Very central location, lots of beds and sleeping arrangements possible (awesome for a family with 2-3 kids and grandparents for example). Not a five star hotel, but excellent value for money and great place to have kids around. They have toys outside so kids can spend their energy
Also loved the big stove and starting a fire in the evening / early morning to warm the place (don’t worry they also have heaters)
For the price and convenience outstanding value
We had 2 children and a dog and needed an overnight stay whilst travelling and it was perfect - it’s not luxury but ticked all boxes
Plus wifi worked
Our experience at Darnell Bed & Breakfast was outstanding from start to finish. Mel & Jerry are such great hosts, they made us feel very welcome and were incredibly attentive and great to chat to. The beakfasts they made for us were just delicious. Such a beautiful house and in a location which is private but very close to town. We loved our room too, very clean and comfortable and the spa bath was amazing. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Bowral - just superb! :-)
