At the farm stay, units have a patio. Some accommodation includes a balcony with garden views, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower. All units will provide guests with a outdoor furniture and a kettle. The property is perfect for holiday with children. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the property itself is very spacious and children friendly. The houses were quite cosy and the shower/toilet facilities and kitchen were close by. They were clean and well equipped with everything that might be needed. If going with children I would recommend joining the tour about the farm and visiting animals- it was very nice. Our main destination was Astrid Lindgren’s world and it was about 10 minutes by car from the property.

Ulrica is an exceptional host of a truly unique property. Her farm is located in the heart of my great-grandfather’s home/farms, so I loved being there. But I think it’s also for anyone who loves cows and appreciates working dairy farm. The beds were extremely comfortable so the night was restful and the sleep was deep. Also, Ulrica went above and beyond to help answer my questions.

very very nice hosts and great new rooms built into old farm houses. very thought through and also availability of a kitchen. the bathrooms are very spacious and nice. In the winter they are doing pub nights :D
Edsbruk
This 19th Century farmstay accommodation is situated on Smultronboda Fårgård, home to 100 sheep in the rural area of Edsbruk. The farm has a garden with a barbeque and an on-site farm shop selling meats, preserves and cheeses. Eva Lis is a wonderful host who did everything to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Her house and farm allow to experience her family and Swedish farming history. The surrounding nature is beautiful.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. It was a very cozy and simple stay. Meeting and greeting the animals was exceptional for children living in big cities. We appreciated the farm tour a lot.

I was looking for a quiet place to stay, while visiting southern Öland for outdoor activities, and the location at the edge of a village and with farm fields around, matched what I wanted. The patio area outside of the room was an enjoyable place to spend time outside (the weather was very nice when I was there).
It is as Swedish it can be. Close to the hostel is a homestead farm (museum) with a café, though even the hostel didn't serve breakfast, the café dit. It was also not too far away from supermarkets
Everything is good. My daughter was very happy to play with farm animals. Will definitely visit it again if there is chance to visit Vimmerby.
The owners of the farm organize cultural events. During my stay the 'Dimpker brothers' gave a concert, which was really great. The atmosphere in Smultronboda Fårgård is unique and very special. I liked it.
Fabulous location, surrrounded by forest, close to the owners farm. Very nice for adults and kids. Only 15/20 minutes from a turistic places such us Bullerbyn and Astrids Lindgren Värld. We enjoyed sauna a lot, The owner is a very friendly person ready to help. Everything was as written in the offer description.
A charming house with the old fire places , furniture with characteristic , facilities with washing machine and kitchen . The farm with cows, chicken , rabbits and cats give a very harmonious atmosphere
