The property’s restaurant, Cozinha da Clara, is named after the owner's British grandmother, and takes inspiration from her home-cooking, with a menu featuring regionally-inspired dishes.
Quinta de la Rosa is professionally run by lovely staff. The bedroom and facilities were extremely clean. The wine tasting tour was excellent. We would recommend Quinta de la Rosa to couples.

It features an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant. Very clean and comfortable rooms , great food. I loved the cats . We definitely want to come back.

The property has mountain and pool views, and is 39 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary. The farm stay also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Staff was so helpful and friendly. The apartment amenities were all you could ask for. The pool and property were stunning. It was a quiet location. Mini bar with local was amazing and great value. The breakfast was very very nice. I would recommend walking the trails around the property. Numerous fruit trees and vast orchard with history pathways. Great hike. Parking was ample and shaded.

A very nice Douro Valley finca superbly located. Dinner was ok and wine tasting and presentation very good. Owner is very knowledgeable on wine etc. A rustic place adequate to the farm surroundings.
Its an old farm house with tons of charm. We were welcomed by Sophia and her gang of happy dogs. Sophia has been very kind to us and we felt very welcome. The house is situated near a nice small town where you can walk to for a coffee or beer. The region is really very scenic. Many things to do.
Beautiful location and beautiful farmhouse
The property is a very picturesque farmhouse surrounded by nature with all facilities and very comfortable.
Loads of space. Room was large and comfortable. A little rustic as you would expect on a farm. Host Luis was warm and generous. He also gave good recommendations for a day drive and Douro viewpoints. We were able to just stroll around the farm and vineyards with a friendly dog leading the way. Wine tasting dinner was educational and a must try. We have no regrets about staying at the Quinta.
Just beautiful. Awesome great old farmhouse and so much detail and uniqueness in every room. Wonderful view of river - also lovely swimming pool on a veranda with view over the valley and river. Free port in our room on arrival. Bar fridge with wine and cooldrink and so affordable. Breakfast GREAT!
this was by far our favorite part of a 2 week trip to Italy and Portugal. Dr. Caesar, George, Andre, Isabel, Hanna were gracious hosts at their Quinta. We stayed for 2 nights and did the whole wine tasting, dinner and wine stomping. Caesar is a wealth of knowledge and is so interesting. Again I can’t say enough about this experience. I am well traveled and a farm stay here will not disappoint.
We got to stomp grapes in the winery! The winery was beautiful. The home is an old style farm house that you would want to stay at in this part of the city. You drive a bit to it. Well worth the drive into the mountains. The views are every where you look! Magical, quaint, a perfect hideaway.
It's a small cozy boutique aguri tourismo in the middle of vineyard. The view was absolutely stunning through out the day. The staff was very friendly. We loved the breakfast in the kitchen which made me feel like I was invited to a farm house.
The most beautiful property! Incredible scenery. Breakfast spread was fabulous and very generous portions in a farmhouse style breakfast room. So cute. The property owners were very responsive and helped book our dinner reservations as well as provide a taxi service contact which was so helpful when we planned our trip. Overall we had the most wonderful time. Would absolutely stay again and recommend!
