Overlooking the scenic Douro River Valley, Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food is set in a historic country house and surrounded by a garden and vineyards. It features an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant. The location and views are amazing and the facilities are beautiful. The owner is wonderful. She goes to a lot of trouble to make her guests feel at home. The dinner was delicious and so was the port wine which we were welcomed to taste. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

The pool was wonderful on a hot day! Bed was super comfy, with lovely linens. Kitchenette had everything we needed and Mafalda even brought fresh bread in the morning. We would highly recommend this place and would certainly stay here again.

This farm stay has a private pool, a garden and free private parking. The farm stay features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. What a gem! Idyllic setting overlooking an olive grove but close to town. Super clean, large room with lots of windows. Great breakfast spread. For the price, a super deal. I will stay again if I return to the area.

Beautiful quinta, good wine, lovely pool, excellent breakfast and a very very friendly host who did our laundry and was helpful in every possible way.

The owner, Catarina, was a mine of information about where to eat and what to do and, even though we were the only guests, she prepared us one of the tastiest hotel breakfasts I've ever had.
