Upon our arrival the host was kind enough to give us a tour and tell us the history of the property. Although it has been completely renovated, many of the historical elements were retained resulting in a combination of modern and traditional. Both the exterior and interior are stunning. The entire property, including the pool, were beautifully maintained. All the areas, including our room, were spotless, the bed was very comfortable and our breakfast in the morning was delicious. I can’t say enough about the breakfast — fresh scrambled eggs made to order and and assortment of local and homemade pastries, cakes and jams. Yummy fruits such raspberries, quince and ripe fresh pineapple. My kids enjoyed the refreshing pool. You do hear the church bells clearly though out the day but they stop at 10pm.

I had a lovely balcony over looking the property and I enjoyed watching the farm animals come to the tree near the gate for a scratch. Maragite was lovely hostess and her worker Ashef was very attentive. Breakfast was really good too!
