Breakfast not included with accommodation,but no problem as we brought some foodstuffs,cooking facilities and cookwares are provided.We mostly enjoyed the picnic areas and able to do some grilling. Staff,very nice and attentive Place is clean,comfortable,very relaxing surroundings and located conveniently to where we want to go and see.We’ll definitely stay at Michael’s farm house again if ever we go back to the area.

The location was good and by the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. The setting was rustic and the facilities simple but everything worked as it should have.

Accessible to EDSA, MRT train, Farmers Plaza and to Araneta City, Cubao (for concerts in Araneta Coliseum, or shopping in Farmers Plaza and Gateway). Clean spacious room even without windows (I selected the cheapest room after all, they have premium rooms with windows). Near fastfood joints. For the discount price it's really good and safe for solo travelers.

Do not check in here at OYO 195 RANCHOTEL BIÑAN. The staff here are useless! They are not properly trained in their work! All tv broken here! No towels or blankets at all! This hotel is not good! The cr is not clean either!

I like about this place is walking distance from Skyranch
The place was cozy and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful. A good place to chill at if you want to be away from the city. There were some insects in the room (understandably as it is a farm stay). Other than that, the room is very clean!
The best farm stay ever. You get more than what you paid for. We're only looking for a family room but they gave us a complete farm. amazing farm view, fish ponds to fish, outdoor kitchen, farm with a variety of crops to pick. Also gained agricultural knowledge.. Delicious breakfast..and thanks to the caretaker couple.
The room was spacious enough, and the surroundings were excellent - truly gives you that authentic farm stay experience, but with a nice bonus. The food was also great! The ingredients were fresh since they used their own produce, and you could even see them pick the vegetables from their patches prior to preparing your meals!
