Well organized and easy to communicate. We came in late for from outside town and reception were already closed for our check in, but all the instructions were sent via WhatsApp and we had no issues. Fast and easy check in. Fenomenal breakfast!! Very clean property! A little distant from main areas, but we were fine with it; that’s what we were looking for :)

Peaceful environment. Staff was very pleasant. We we're late, very late, but the lady from the premises woke up and greet us with a smile. During our stay we didn't encounter anything that would bother us. One thing is sure, we will visit Brussa Horse Osai again.

Only wish would be that we could have stayed longer. It was beyond lovely!

Only 6 minutes drive from Marco Polo airport. Lovely 1900 farmhouse converted. Andi the manager was welcoming, cheerful and professional. Room was large with a big bed. Very comfortable. Tea/coffee making in room. Bathroom good size. Breakfast was a buffet with hot /cold choices. Delicious coffee. The furniture is rustic, this is not a modern chain hotel. We loved it.

Very nice hotel close to the airport with a special atmosphere of old farm house. Great breakfast for just 10 euros. We've ordered shuttle from/to airport, it was fast and comfortable. Host and managers are very helpful.
Beautiful Italian farmhouse recently renovated to a great standard, in a stunning setting of 4 hectares of vineyard. The room was spotless and very well presented. Breakfast was self-serve continental, including fresh coffee and homemade cakes. Elena and Denis were friendly and easy to get hold of if we needed anything, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.
Magnificent old renovated farmhouse in a quiet, charming little village at 30 minutes' drive from Verona. Discreet owner, very nice spacious rooms and good breakfast with delicious Italian cakes. Highly recommended.
One of the best B&B/Farm stays we have stayed at. Mario was a great host. The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. The AC worked great. The kitchen and dining area was large and had everything we needed. The wine was great. We will come back again.
Fantastic host and great, very unique place. Casa 1885 is a rebuild old farmhouse, very rustical, cosy, nicely modernised, located in the small village, with an epic view on the Dolomites. Good size room, delicious breakfast, good wifi. Around 1-1.5hours for most Dolomite attractions and around 1 hour to Venice. Good base to explore the area. Definitely recommend.
Old farmhouse, with rooms and facilities in the same style, quite rustic. Nice garden, though somewhat artificially made - one can see the house is used for weddings and events. The best part for us was the home made dinner of the local cook. Excellent quality with fresh produce. We enjoyed this very much as a welcome alternative to an Osteria.
Beautiful location near an old mill, next to a river. Great farmhouse atmosphere, very clean and lovely room. The restaurant was excellent, delicious food, rustic setting. Loved some time by the pool too.
Lovely farmhouse in the middle of beautiful vineyards and little villages. It’s perfectly located in between Lago di garda (30min) and Verona (20min). When you decide to spend some time at the farm house Giovanni, the manager of the house, is dedicated that you’ll have an amazing stay. We’ve never had a host that was more attentive and friendly. We’re happy to come back.
