Both Anna and Fabrizio (the hosts) are very knowledgeable about the area and they gave us excellent recommendations about what to see and do. After a day exploring the region, dinner at the restaurant was simply idyllic with mouthwatering dishes to die for. Can't wait to return.

All guest rooms have a wardrobe. An exceptionall place in the middle of nature, very quiet, true relaxation. Everything was very nice, we regretted our short one day staying but, next time we'll have definitely longer booking 😀. Great wines produced in place are completing the services and cute Spa is also added value for the structure. Great job, hidden gem in Lazio region.

Outstanding location. Peaceful, surrounded by rural Umbria but very close to the local town. The pool was glorious and cleaned every other day. Also very close to Orvieto.
The host were very welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed in the accommodation. The freedom to walk around the farm and for the children to enjoy the animals and wildlife was a joy. Great location for day trips to many nearby attractions and places. The pool was a hit after a long hot days of sightseeing
Beautiful and rustic apartment with a really beautiful terrace, good position
Massimo and his family were so warm and welcoming. They made us two of the best meals of our entire trip in Italy - with wine, olive oil and produce made at their farm. We are both gluten and dairy intolerant, and not only were they able to accommodate us, but they went any above and beyond. We were overwhelmed by the incredible hospitality we received and felt like royalty in their home. The apartment was simple, rustic and charming in the best way. The location is peaceful and has an amazing view.
Staff were so lovely and the farm is beautiful. They let us walk around the day we were leaving as we had some time to kill, so we went to see the cows! Breakfast was great, typically Italian and simple. The rooms were lovely, very comfortable and great bathrooms with robes and flip flops offered. To note, you definitely need a car to get here and our room was up a flight of stairs. Really beautiful agriturismo, highly recommend!

Lovely country farmhouse style - spotlessly clean. Warm welcome and advice given by owner. Recommended a fabulous restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was exceptional.
This is a rustic room in a gorgeous location on an olive oil production farm and historic church property. Truly one of a kind place with killer views of the valley and mountains, orchards. Breakfast is in a cafe 5 minutes away, as are nice options for supper and the main attraction, civita. The view of this place is not to be missed at the Belvedere. There is a small fridge and Expresso machine in the room, tv and wifi. There is a pool and patios, gardens all around. Not sure if ours is the only room?
A real, well kept agriturismo in a wonderful rural setting. Excellent kitchen with local (km 0) products. All staff welcoming and helpful, attentive. Room clean and very comfortable. Close to medieval ’borghi’ like Nepi, Sutri and St Elia.
