Arroccas de is Istellas is situated in Arbus. There is a private entrance at the farm stay for the convenience of those who stay. Iglesias Train Station is 20 km from the Sa Rocca Farmstay. Cagliari Elmas Airport is a 70-minute drive away, and a shuttle service is available. Excellent service and personnel, great food and location. I suggest booking the dinner for 25€, you get antipasti, pasta dish, main course and dessert, wine coffee and liquor.

We had a unique and unforgettable experience in Sardegna thanks to the warm hosts of Sa Tanca. We enjoyed fresh pastries and cakes baked by Franca for breakfast, and the delicious 4 course dinners of produce entirely farmed on site and lovingly hand made by Maria ensured we didn't want to dine anywhere else for the whole week of our stay (highlights being the pecorino and sausage, curlugiones, wild boar tagliatelle, suckling pig, home made Mirto). Nonna Francesca kindly toured us around the farm, introducing us to the puppies, chickens, pigs and rabbits. We got home every night to a clean and tidy room, which was simple and comfortable. As the sisters and mother speak only Italian, it was an excellent opportunity for me to practice mine, and they were very patient. We would happily return with more family and will recommend to any friends travelling there! We drove to the beach each day, with some world-class beaches between 30 minutes to 1 hour drive away, and were not busy, as this side of the island is apparently less touristic. We visited in May and enjoyed some beaches almost totally alone.

The property also offers accommodation for disabled guests. We loved this place! Clean and tidy houses with beautiful views. It is very quiet, and yet it is very close to the lovely beaches; cafés and restaurants in Portixeddu and Buggerru. Annalisa was very nice and provided us with good advices. Also the dinner was very good compliments to the chefs! Thanks.

At the farm stay, the units are fitted with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. The units feature a wardrobe. The farm-fresh food, both breakfast and dinner, was so delicious and Rita was a fantastic host. We felt very welcome despite barely speaking any Italian. (I would recommend studying a little bit before visiting the region -- all the other guests were Italian and the hosts do not speak English.) We will definitely recommend it to friends. One of the most genuine local experiences we have every had on a vacation. Despite being off the beaten path, it is very close to the beach, a breathtaking cave, and a Roman temple (which we had entirely to ourselves!). The village it is in very charming and you can feel it is a very vibrant community with the locals of all ages hanging out on the street every evening.

Featuring air conditioning and a garden with BBQ facilities, Agriturismo Monte Majore is located in the Sardinian countryside, 9 km from Villamassargia. Olive oil, meat and cereals are produced on site. An amazing place to stay comfortable and spacious with beautiful views. Alessandro is an exceptional host,he keeps the place clean and well maintained, nothing is to much trouble for him. we joked,laughed and sang with him - beautiful Memories ❤️

Agriturismo Is Conchisceddas in Gonnosfanàdiga provides adults-only accommodation with pool with a view, a garden and a terrace. The property has mountain and inner courtyard views. The farm stay also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The place is a hidden gem, amongst the hills. There are horses, cows, donkeys, some chickens and dogs. The rooms have great view + the pool is fantastic. Tomasso is the guy who served us during breakfast and dinner was really nice and we had a great conversation with him.

The rooms are comfortable with a great view of the countryside. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The dinner offered for the guests is excellent, well worth the price. We highly recommend the hotel.

Set on the south-western coast of Sardinia, L'Aquila is in the countryside and 15 minutes’ drive from Portu Maga’s beaches. This working farm offers a traditional restaurant with home-grown produce such as vegetables and cheese. Rooms feature classic-style furnishings. We were overwhelmed by the kindness of the hosts William and Marita. The second plus is the great food in quality and quantity! 100% recommended!!! Come with an empty stomach for dinner. We had great fun milking the goats and would definitely return for another stay here in Sardinia. We also enjoyed the landscape, the remoteness and the short ride to a beautiful beach.
